A solo traveler. A traveler who inspires women to explore the world.
A former process engineer who found her creative outlet through solo travel, she has visited 25 countries around the world after being inspired by the breathtaking views of Blyde River Canyon during a drive to escape the monotony of small-town life. The freedom to independently plan trips and discover her own likes and dislikes is the best part, leading to silly moments like accidentally being mistaken for a professional painter by local kids in Zanzibar. Recently moving to Cape Town, she decided to try a new adventure by having a friend randomly pick a destination for a road trip to Gordon's Bay, made special by sharing the experience and discovering the warm ocean water there. Using the instax mini 12TM analog camera, Fari challenged herself to explore a part of the world she’s never considered going with a friend, something she never does as she always travels solo. Inspired to keep exploring, her next goal is to pick an international destination blindly as she works towards becoming a digital nomad, merging her tech career with her passion for travel around the world.
