Notice of sound print service for INSTAX mini LiPlay

(2023/8/8 update)

New firmware Ver.3.05 released on 8th August to solve that the INSTAX mini LiPlay sound print service had not been available for serial numbers below.
You will be able to download the firmware Ver.3.05 from “support” page on web site for INSTAX mini LiPlay.

*For the download and installation of firmware, micro SD card will be required.

[Details of V3.05]
For users who have not been available the sound print service (users with devices with the listed serial numbers), the connection problem to the server will be improved and the following will be available.

・Upload of captured images and sound data.
・Download the image and sound data uploaded after applying this firmware.

(Important notice)
For users with the listed serial number devices, even if Ver. 3.05 is applied, images uploaded before application cannot be accessed from the QR code. (Please be assured that the data is stored)

In case you would like to receive the stored data which uploaded before 20th July, please contact the product support desk in your country.

The serial number is the 8-digit number shown on the bottom of INSTAX mini LiPlay (where the charging cable outlet is located).



When the firmware V3.05 will be released, we will update the information on this web site and send push notifications to the App.

[2023/7/21 Update]

The INSTAX mini LiPlay sound print service had not been available temporarily, however with an exception with some INSTAX mini LiPlay users, the sound print service has been resumed. The sound print service is still unavailable for INSTAX mini LiPlay with the serial numbers below which were purchased after January, 2022.

*Serial numbers are described on above latest update.
