instax UP!™ is a smartphone app you can use to scan your instax™ prints, then view your digitized prints in two different ways. We plan to add more features in the future to help you have even more fun with instax™!
Yes, the App is free. However, please keep in mind that charges for data usage, etc., are the responsibility of the user.

No, user registration is not required to use the App.
Yes, any tablet with a compatible OS is supported.
If you register, the profile you create is used by the App to send push notifications about relevant instax™ information.
It can be changed after registration from the menu screen in the App.

Scanned instax™ photos and other data is deleted when the App is deleted. To keep your data intact when changing to a new phone, etc., you’ll need to back up and use the "Data transfer" function first as indicated below.
- Before deleting the App and changing to a new phone, select “Data backup” on the “Menu” screen.
- On the “Data transfer” screen, select “Data backup”.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to back up your data.
- Install and launch the instax UP!™ App on your new Smartphone.
- On the “Menu” screen, select “Data backup”.
- On the “Data transfer” screen, select “Restore data”.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to restore your data.
Any instax™ mini, SQUARE or WIDE instant film sold by FUJIFILM can be scanned into the instax UP!™ App

List view allows you to view a list of all the digital instax™ photos you have scanned. It’s the perfect way to organize your photos.
Box view shows a randomized view that realistically simulates how all the instax™ photos you have scanned would look if kept in a box. Have fun rummaging around for your favorite photos.
There are three ways to change the photos displayed.
- Shake your smartphone to shuffle the instax™ photos randomly around the screen. You can also do this by pressing the button on the lower left while in box view.
- Press the button on the lower right of the screen while in box view to make up to 8 photos fall from the top of the screen and arrange themselves at random.
- Photo position and orientation can be adjusted manually. For more information, see “Can I choose how prints are arranged in box view?”
Yes, you can. There are two ways to change the position of photos displayed while in box view.
- Press and hold on the photo, then drag it.
- Use two fingers on the photo to adjust the orientation. Using two fingers, select the photo you want to adjust, then move your fingers in a circle to rotate the photo. Make sure to keep your fingers pressed on the screen while doing this.
Yes, you can. Use thebutton on the upper right of the screen to crop your image, then share the image on social media.

The Album feature allows you to organize and store instax™ photos by theme, such as holidays, friends, and your favorites.
- To create an album, go to the "Album" section at the top of the screen, select "New Album," enter the album name, and choose the instax™ photos you want to add from the gallery.
- The feature image for the album will be the top-left image shown in the list view for each album. If you want to change it, simply swap the top image with another instax™ photo.
- The background image shown for an album is the background image displayed in the list view for that album. Want to change it? Simply select a new background image when in the list view.
instax Days™ is a calendar that displays your scanned instax™ photos by date, so you can look back on all your memories.
- The instax Days™ calendar is automatically updated when you scan an instax™ photo.
- By default, the date you scan an instax™ photo is the date set in the calendar. This can be changed by pressing & holding on the photo inside instax Days™, then dragging & dropping it to another date.
- To change the background image in instax Days™, press the three dots on the upper right, select "Change background", then "Image", and select a new image.
